The House
sobremesa (n.) — the time spent lingering at the table long after the meal is finished, when the conversation is still warm.
Entrecot y Sobremesa was built on a simple belief: a great meal should never feel like it is ending. Behind our three arched windows in Candon City, entrecôte steaks rest beside clay pots of river prawns, and pizzas blister in the fire while cocktails catch the evening light.
Every plate is an invitation to stay a little longer. Concrete, timber and Spanish tile set the stage — the rest of the evening belongs to you and the people across the table.
